Launching Ceremony of International Cooperation Alliances on Agricultural Equipment( ICAAE) The Initiative on the Compliance Application of Two-Dimensional Code for Global Agricultural Industry
2018"Belt and Road" Forum for International Cooperation and Development on Agricultural Modernization was held at Zhenjiang City, Jiang Su Province, China from November 29 to 30, 2018, sponsored by Jiangsu University and China-Arab States Technical and Cultural Transfer Center, co-organized by Agricultural Development Center along the Belt and Road of China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation, Initiating units of International (Production Capacity) Cooperation Alliances on Agricultural Equipment, the "Belt and Road" African Studies Alliance. Ni Bin, deputy secretary of the Zhenjiang Municipal Committee of Jiangsu Province, attended the meeting and delivered a speech welcoming representatives from Jiangsu University, China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation, Jiangsu Provincial Education Department, China -ASEAN "Belt and Road" University-Enterprise Alliance, United Nations Industrial Development Organization(UNIDO), as well as government officials, scientific researchers, and relevant experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from more than 20 countries including Pakistan, Burundi, and Iffou Region of Côte d'Ivoire, Kyrgyz Republic, Germany, Russia, Africa, Nigeria, Morocco and Botswana more than 150 delegates attended the conference, conducted academic discussions and international exchanges on international production capacity of agricultural equipment, compliance application of two-dimensional code of global agricultural industry, agricultural technology trading platform, agricultural economic value chain and other fields.
In this forum," International (Production Capacity) Cooperation Alliances on Agricultural Equipment" (ICAAE) was formally established, and launched an initiative on compliance application of two-dimensional code of global agricultural industry based on IDcode international two-dimensional code standard system. According to the speech of Ding Jianning, Vice President of Jiangsu University, the cooperation alliance aims to lead the innovation of the agricultural equipment industry and serve the development of the "Belt and Road" countries, and integrate the resources of all parties to jointly build an international innovation platform integrating with "production, learning and research", a cross-regional cooperation platform, and talent exchange, Information Unicom, etc., promote the enhancement of the core competitiveness of the industry, and jointly promote the development of the agricultural equipment technology industry along the “Belt and Road” countries. At present, the cooperation alliance has gathered 64 members.
According to the key note speech by Zhang Chao, director of UTC Global, " Identification, IoT, Intelligent processing" is not only the trend of information technology development, but also a symbol of new era of two-dimensional code! As an important foundation of the new generation of information technology industry and the fourth industrial revolution, two-dimensional code has many characteristics, such as strong reliability, low cost, large information capacity, can be encrypted, quickly response, flexibility, etc., and has become one of the technical carriers of new global goods identity and trade settlement. With the international two-dimensional code object identification system (IDcode), the two-dimensional code is endowed with three advantages of global unique identification, interconnectivity and safety protection. The interconnection and sharing mechanism of agricultural international cooperation established on this basis will solve the problem of agricultural international cooperation such as mutual recognition of agricultural trade cooperation, interconnectivity of data links of agricultural trade cooperation, and the authenticity, traceability and non-tampering of data links of agricultural trade cooperation. The launch of the initiative on " compliance application of two-dimensional code of global agricultural industry " will facilitate the healthy development of international agricultural cooperation.
In addition, in the Technology Transfer International Cooperation Summit, UTC Global has entered into strategic cooperation with the China-Arab States Technical and Cultural Transfer Center on the development of "MA+" ecology, the two sides will jointly promote the IDcode international standard in technology and application of countries along the "Belt and Road", develop related standards, promote the application "MA +", to promote the building of the global ecological system of two-dimensional code industry, facilitate the electronic and facilitating development of international trade.
