Unified Two-Dimensional Code Registration Management Center (short for UTC Global) is established by Zhongguancun Industry and Information Research Institute of Two-dimensional Technology (ZIIOT), a third-party service provider for the registration, resolution, accreditation and certification of two-dimensional codes for global users, is ISO/IEC15459 Series International Standard -IDcode Encoding System authorized maintenance and distribution Organization, responsible for the implementation of the global Two-dimensional Code "MA" Distribution operations services, the development of standards formulation and accreditation and certification scheme .

The Headquarter of UTC Global is set up in Beijing, China, branch offices are established in various countries, and currently the national branches of UTC China, UTC Korea, UTC India, UTC Canada are built. The global Code chain Platform (IDchain) is built based on block-chain technology, which will promote to build the global Two-Dimensional Code Identification Chain Network (GICN) and the global trade circulation digital ticketing system, to enhance global trade facilitation level and circulation efficiency, and contribute to strengthening international innovation cooperation and building an open world new economic system.
